Collections
The Collection Division is responsible for administering, coordinating and directing efficient – cost effective collection of accounts referred to it for collection. The Collection Division serves as a channel of accountability for State-wide delinquent account collection activity.
The Waukesha County Collection Division is a first party collector which extends its services to governmental units under Wisconsin State Statute 66.0301 and therefore specializes in government dispute resolution.

Our Services and Experience
Our compensation is completely performance based. Under no circumstances will there be a charge if there is not a collection.
The Collection Division has over 30 years of experience with staff having over 100 years of combined collection experience covering all types of government, commercial and consumer collections.
Collection service activities provided to Clients includes, but is not limited to: collection letters, phone calls, text messages, e-mail, payment resolution and processing, skip-tracing, interest and penalty calculation, wage and income assignments, asset searches, tax intercept, probate and bankruptcy filing, electronic referral submission and a user-friendly Client-view program where Clients can access their accounts on-line, report payments and/or adjustments and retrieve various collection reports.
