Human Resources is responsible for the overall management of the HR function for the County. Staff provides support and direction to the management of County departments, as well as regular and seasonal employees. Services include employment, collective bargaining, employee benefits, training and development, employee retention, human resources infrastructure systems, policies and procedures, legal compliance, and employee wellness.
