The Business Applications Support (BAS) team is dedicated to advancing the County's enterprise applications by harnessing the power of Data Analytics and Informatics.   • Enterprise Application Support: The team is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the county's enterprise applications. This involves ensuring that these critical systems are always functional, secure, and capable of meeting the county's evolving needs. They provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades to ensure optimal performance and integration across the organization's technology landscape. By focusing on robust application support, they help departments achieve greater efficiency and collaboration.
  • Informatics Support: The Informatics team is responsible for overseeing the administration and support of critical electronic systems, including the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and various clinical applications. Beyond healthcare, they ensure the seamless operation of other essential state-sponsored programs, adapting their expertise to support a wide range of enterprise-level applications.
