Arbitration Award

An Arbitration Award is a case to confirm (verify), vacate (to make void), modify, or correct an award resulting from an arbitration related to the purchase of real property, regardless of the amount. Arbitration Awards are handled as Small Claims matters in the Civil Court and are filed in the Civil Division of the Waukesha County Courthouse.
