Helping Children Cope with Divorce Seminar

This seminar is required by statute for both parties to attend before a divorce or legal separation may be granted. It is designed to educate parents about the special needs of their children during a separation or divorce. Topics include:

  • Typical reactions of children
  • Developmental needs
  • Skills to help cope
  • Co-parenting issues
  • Pitfalls to avoid

A brochure explaining the program, fees, and registration information is mailed to the parties from the court with the Notice of Pre-Trial Conference.
