Relocating with Minor Children

If you wish to move more that 100 miles from the other parent's residence you must obtain approval from the court.  Please note that in addition to serving the other parent with the Notice of Motion and Motion to Relocate with Minor Children you must also provide them with an objection form.

If filing a Motion to Relocate in paper format please provide five (5) copies of each document.
