Waiver of Filing & Service Fees

Can't Afford the Filing and/or Service Fees Required in Your Action?

For any fees assessed by the court and/or service fees assessed by the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department, parties may complete the Waiver of Filing and Service Fees form and addendum and present them at the time of filing to have their request for waiver of fees reviewed by a court official.  The court official will make a determination as to whether or not some or all of the fees will be waived, deferred, or required to be paid.  The Court Officials of the Waukesha County Circuit Court require Section 2 be completed regardless of if you checked 'has' or 'has not' in Section 1. 

NOTE: Making the request DOES NOT GUARANTEE waiver or deferment of any of the fees.
