ALL DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED TO THE COURT SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN DUPLICATE. The Court will keep and file one set of copies. If you would like the Juvenile Clerk of Court's office to make additional copies for you, the cost will be $1.25 per page.

SERVICE: The petitioner is responsible for service and/or notice. For additional information, please consult Wisconsin Statute 48.9795(4)(c) Service of petition and notice. An Affidavit of Service or Certificate of Service must be filed with the court no later than ninety-six (96) hours prior to the hearing.

GUARDIAN AD LITEM: Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 48.9795(3)(a) the court shall appoint a guardian ad litem when a petition is filed for appointment of a guardian. In accordance to Wisconsin Statute 48.235(8)(b) the court may order either or both parties to pay all or any part of the compensation of the guardian ad litem.
