- $50.00 per request.

- Note: If your order is changed and you are still at the same employer, the Waukesha County Child Support Agency will automatically send out an amended income withholding without additional cost.

- In person at the Waukesha County Child Support Agency.
- The cost is $5.00 per year, payable by cash or check only.
- Must be party to the case or an attorney.
Note: Our office does not provide copies of court orders, must be obtained from Family Court.
