Public Information Officer

Hillary Mintz joined Waukesha County as Public Information Officer in 2023, after more than a decade of working as a trusted journalist at WISN 12 News in Milwaukee. Now serving as PIO and Press Secretary for County Executive Paul Farrow, she oversees communications across multiple departments to keep residents informed.

Chief of Staff

Shawn Lundie is the Chief of Staff for Waukesha County Executive Paul Farrow, advising the County Executive, leading initiatives, and serving on various committees. Previously, Mr. Lundie was Chief of Staff for Former County Executive Dan Vrakas and State Senator Ted Kanavas. He also worked for State Senator Rich Zipperer and U.S. Congressman F. James Sensenbrenner, Jr. in D.C. and Brookfield, WI.

Office Services Coordinator

Jasmine Chan is the Office Services Coordinator. She manages constituent correspondence, the County Executive's schedule, board memberships, ordinances, and countywide events. Since 2017, she was previously the Deputy Register in Probate Court.

Administrative Specialist

Hilda Aschenbrenner has spent the past decade working as the Administrative Specialist in the County Executive's office. Hilda handles phone calls, emails, and correspondence with constituents, serving as a point of contact for both internal and external inquiries. She's been with the County since 2004.
