Audit Requirements:
If a contracted provider receives $100,000 or more from purchases for services provided in a calendar year period, contracted provider shall arrange for an independent financial and compliance audit pursuant to applicable federal guidelines plus those guidelines provided by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and Wisconsin Department of Children and Families.
The contracted provider is responsible for ensuring that Waukesha County Department of Health and Human Services (WCDHHS) receives the complete audit report within six months of the end of the fiscal period covered by the audit.
