Help for Mental Health and Substance Use 
CCS is a community program that helps kids and adults with mental health or substance use problems. It's completely voluntary and approved by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.

CCS Program Highlights:

• Centered on You: Focuses on your strengths and helps you lead your own recovery journey.
• Team Support: Services tailored just for you, provided by a team of professionals.

Who Can Join?

• You live in Waukesha County.
• You have a mental health or substance use condition.
• This condition affects your daily life.
• You need help through rehabilitation services, as determined by an assessment.

• For children and youth, parents/legal guardians can call (262) 896-3397.

Help for Long-Term Mental Health Needs

CSP helps adults with long-term mental illnesses. We aim to reduce hospital stays and make life better for clients in the community.

How CSP Works:

• Personal Care: You get a case manager who creates a special treatment plan just for you.
• Ongoing Support: The case manager helps you manage your illness, plans regular visits, and offers education to your family.
• 24/7 Crisis Help: You can get crisis support any time, day or night.

Help for Mental Health and Social Needs

Targeted Case Management (TCM) supports people with mental health and social needs by coordinating care and resources. We work to keep you well and improve your quality of life.

How TCM Works:

• Care Coordination: You have a case manager who arranges health and social services for you.
• Regular Check-Ins: Your case manager monitors progress and supports you with regular visits and updates.
• Community Access: TCM connects you to local resources like education, housing, and financial assistance.

Help for Women in Recovery

WHARP is for women with substance use problems who need extra support. It helps women and their families through recovery.

• Free to Join: You don’t have to pay, and you don't need to be using other county services to join.
• Personal Support: A Navigator and a Peer Specialist work with you to get past obstacles and find community help.
• Teamwork Approach: Available to women in Waukesha County, focusing on care coordination and referrals. Check out the brochure for more info.

Help for Psychological Testing

Psychological Services offers assessments for those aged 6 and up to address mental health needs.

Services Offered:

• Testing & Evaluation: We conduct psychological testing for intellectual abilities, psychiatric disorders, and attention and concentration. Results can guide treatment recommendations.
