Apply for a HOME Loan or Grant

The HOME Consortium homeownership assistance programs help individuals and families afford a home of their own by providing deferred loans.  Loan programs include a down payment assistance program for homebuyers, purchase/rehabilitation program for homeowners, and a home rehabilitation program for homeowners. These programs are offered to income qualified households in Jefferson, Ozaukee, Washington, and Waukesha Counties. 

The HOME Consortium has a housing development fund to assist with the construction of affordable housing in the four counties.
