Cash/check only.  No payment is submitted until after your plan is reviewed; permit fee is due prior to issuance of permit.

Traffic Impact Analysis Application

Permit fee $1,350
Processing time (approx) 30-60 days

For developments greater than 50,000 sq ft floor area or 100 residential lots or units, a Traffic Impact Analysis is required. The Traffic Impact Analysis will determine the type of intersection to be constructed by the development.
