Badges 'N Buddies

Badges 'N Buddies is a joint program between the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office and the City of Pewaukee Parks and Recreation Department.

Buddies age 7+ have several opportunities throughout the year to attend events hosted by our City of Pewaukee contract Deputies.

Lunch and activity equipment is provided for every event.

Sessions are held between October - December.

Buddies can practice their archery skills while learning about safe hunting.

All equipment is provided, or you may bring your own as long as it is properly cased.

With help from volunteers and sponsors, the Waukesha County Sheriff’s
Department will be offering Bowling with Deputies! Enjoy a little friendly bowling competition and lunch with our local law enforcement heroes!

Participants will receive 2 games of bowling, a pizza lunch and a t-shirt.

Time: 11:00 am-1:15 pm Please arrive by 10:45 am
Location: Sussex Bowl
Fee (per date): Free for Pewaukee residents / $10 non-resident
Note: Each participant may only register for one day/time

Spring 2025 Dates:

Session 1: Monday, January 20 -10043
Session 2: Friday, February 21-10044
Session 3: Friday, March 28 -10045
Session 4: Friday, April 18 -10046
Session 5: Monday, April 21 -10047

Sessions are held between June - August.

Junior anglers will get to learn about fishing and preservation of natural resources. While simultaneously spending two hours catch-and-release fishing on Pewaukee Lake.

Bait and fishing equipment is provided.

Sessions are FREE for all City of Pewaukee residents. Non-resident registration is $10.

You are welcome to register in-person during regular office hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
