District 1 - Steve Styza

A third-generation resident of Waukesha County, Steve Styza grew up in Oconomowoc, deeply committed to the region's continued growth and prosperity. After graduating from Lake Country Lutheran High School, Steve earned degrees in business administration and human resources management at Winona State University, where he also played on the football team. In his professional life, Steve works as a commercial real estate advisor for Cushman & Wakefield/Boerke. An active member of the Waukesha County Business Alliance, Steve contributes his expertise to the Infrastructure Committee. Since 2021, he has held positions of Vice Treasurer and USPSA Director at the Oconomowoc Sportsman’s Club. Steve holds memberships with the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and the Independent Business Associates Wisconsin.
