Comprehensive Community Services

Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) is a voluntary, community-based program that provides an array of community-based psychosocial rehabilitation services for children and adults who have Mental Health and/or Substance Use conditions.  

The CCS program focuses on: 

  • A person-centered approach, building on individual strengths 

  • Opportunities for clients to learn and master self-direction in the journey of recovery while managing their mental health or substance use conditions 

  • An array of services provided by a team of professionals that are individualized to the treatment needs of the client 

Basic eligibility criteria include: 

  • Waukesha County resident 

  • Have a mental health or substance use diagnosis 

  • Functional limitation in one or more major life activities caused by mental health or substance use issues as measured by the state functional screen 

  • Need for psychosocial rehabilitation services as determined by comprehensive assessment
