Comprehensive Community Services

Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) is a voluntary, community-based program that provides an array of community-based psychosocial rehabilitation services for children and adults who have Mental Health and/or Substance Use conditions.
The CCS program focuses on:

A person-centered approach, building on individual strengths

Opportunities for clients to learn and master self-direction in the journey of recovery while managing their mental health or substance use conditions

An array of services provided by a team of professionals that are individualized to the treatment needs of the client
Basic eligibility criteria include:

Waukesha County resident
-
Have a mental health or substance use diagnosis
-
Functional limitation in one or more major life activities caused by mental health or substance use issues as measured by the state functional screen

Need for psychosocial rehabilitation services as determined by comprehensive assessment
