Board Member Resources
The WOW Workforce Development Board is a 23-member, private sector-led, volunteer board serving Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington Counties. We are one of eleven boards in Wisconsin that was created through federal legislation to guide and oversee the public workforce system including two local one-stop job centers. We fund demand-driven workforce programs and services for both job seekers and employers. Additionally, we work with economic development organizations and elected officials on macroeconomic issues impacting our region.
