Project Overview - work to be completed:

Overhead signals: upgrading the traffic signals to have monotubes for all approaches and to provide a signal head over each lane with retro-reflective backplates is proposed to improve signal safety
New video detection: to optimize the actuated capability of the signal, particularly during non-peak periods
Improving left-turn offset
Flashing yellow arrows
Countdown pedestrian timers & high visibility crosswalk on the north leg
Improved lighting: lighting will be installed on each corner of the intersection to help mitigate night-time crashes
