Stormwater Permit Submittal for a Small Site (<1 acre) - No Stormwater Management Plan
See below for what we need if you're planning to build on a small piece of land. It would be the size of a football field or smaller. This is for when you don't have to make plans for dealing with stormwater. Ex: if you are not making lots of hard surfaces but you are moving dirt around. c. Erosion control narrative (writeable)
d. Erosion Control Plan
2. Additional requirements to obtain a permit:
a. Financial Assurance (fee schedule) (may be submitted earlier)
b. Signed Plan Implementation Sign-Off form
